Vacant
SpaceLift installs furniture and decor to showcase the home’s potential.
How does it work?
Kim will walk the space and quickly provide you with a quote based on the number of spaces you want staged. Adjustments can be made to work within your budget. When the quote is accepted, SpaceLift will submit an invoice for a 50% deposit. After payment has been received, we will lock in the date of installation. On the day of installation we arrive with a truck filled with furniture and decor. Installation usually only requires one day. See our After pictures of Vacant spaces here.

Owner Occupied
SpaceLift utilizes the client's existing furniture to create the optimal design aesthetic.

When the quote is accepted, SpaceLift will submit an invoice for a 50% deposit. After payment has been received, we will lock in the date of installation. At this point we provide the client with their Design Plan. This includes the client's “homework", or what needs to be removed, kept, and what will be relocated by SpaceLift. During installation we bring in all the decor to work around the furniture. Decor can include art, mirrors, bedding, rugs, pillows, lighting, plants, books, TV's, computers, and more. We usually need to bring in additional furniture to finish out the space. This can include side tables, coffee tables, accent chairs, desks, and consoles. Installation usually only requires one day. See our pictures of Owner Occupied spaces here.

Virtual
Virtual staging is similar to Owner Occupied staging. We give you a Design Plan, but in this case we don’t come in and physically stage. This is a more affordable option. We work with pictures and videos to help guide you through changes you can make to showcase your home. We advise on what to keep, remove, and relocate. We also provide links to small items to purchase. Contact us today for a quote.
